Last week the smart flower was installed – which involved removing about 10 meters of 35 year old conifer hedge and clearing the old track at the back of the main garden. Four ground screws were then put in (they went in a lot easier than the ones for the main cabin!). A path for the cables was moled (unfortunately one on the mole heads got trapped and is now stuck underground for all posterity). Once the flower was in place a tonne of golden gravel was lugged up from the garage and spread around the flower.
