I know – it’s been a while, what with COVID and lock down putting a pause on the work, but the house is moving along at a fair clip now. Tomorrow the rest of the downstair is having the the floors self levelled. The kitchen to all intents and purposes is finished, and so is the utility room. The bathrooms are tiled ready for the showers to be fitted. The eletricity into the house has been moved and the doorway between the snug and the lounge has been knocked through. The new log burners are installed. A lot of the light fittings have been installed, and the sockets are up and running….
